Adult Signature

Due to federal laws, someone 21 or older must be present to sign for your package. FedEx will not leave the package without receiving a signature. We recommend that you ship to a business address where someone over 21 will be available to sign. Customer comments on their order such as "Please leave on back porch" or "Please leave at front door" will be ignored! We will not be able to refund any shipping charges if your package comes back to us because there was no adult available to sign for the package.  If you have any questions about this regulation, please contact us at any time.

Shipping alcohol:

FedEx/UPS will not always allow shipments containing alcohol to be rerouted. For that reason, please confirm the address you enter is correct prior to submitting your order. If a package needs to be redirected, there will be a $20 fee, assuming we are able to make the change. All shipments require a signature of someone 21 years or older. Please confirm with the recipient that there will be someone available to sign for the package. If the package is returned to us, the purchaser will be responsible for the return shipping fees, as well as the fees associated with reshipping.

Domestic Shipping

Each state has different alcoholic beverage laws by which we must abide. For that reason, we cannot ship wine or spirits to: Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Arizona, Delaware, Georgia, Hawaii, Iowa, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Missouri, Mississippi, Montana, New York, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Wisconsin ,and West Virginia.. Please accept our apologies if we are unable to ship to your area.

Shipping to PO Boxes or Military Addresses

We cannot ship to a PO Box or APO addresses where no one is available to sign. For any shipments containing alcohol, an adult recipient needs to be present to provide a signature for the package.

International Shipping

We do not ship internationally at this time and we cannot ship to Canada. If you are interested in International Shipping please let us know.

Free Shipping

Orders totaling $299+ qualify for free ground delivery to one address within the Continental US (1-5 Business Days). Sale items do not count towards a qualifying order total.

Shipping Schedule

Here’s what you need to know:

We strive to meet our customers' demands and ship out within 1-2 business days of the order being placed. If an order will be delayed, you will be contacted.

Please note, these tracking numbers will not be active until they are scanned by the driver. (For example, if you have an order scheduled to ship on a Monday, we may box it on a Friday and send you the tracking info. However, the tracking info will not be valid until the driver picks it up on Monday.) We keep you updated throughout the shipment process via email.

Check the map to calculate the estimated number of business days (Monday-Friday) it will take for your package to arrive.

Extreme Weather (Hot/Cold)

We recommend selecting Second Day or Next Day delivery to ensure the quality and freshness of any gifts that include fragile items such as champagne, wine, and gift baskets. In extreme temperatures, some liquor bottle cork closures may expand and contract causing the liquid to leak. This is a natural occurrence that we cannot control due to weather fluctuations and happens occasionally.

Holiday and Weekend Shipping

If you place your order over the weekend, or on an observed holiday, we'll usually process your order on the next business day.

We do not ship on the following holidays:

  • Martin Luther King Day
  • Memorial Day
  • July 4th
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Day after Thanksgiving
  • December 25
  • December 26
  • January 1

Shipping Choices and the Environment

We're not perfect, but we're trying to find ways to decrease our impact. We are committed to supporting and helping expand the options for energy efficient and environmentally friendly shipping and transportation options, not just for our use but for everyone.

Returns is committed to 110% customer satisfaction! If there is any problem with your order, we want to hear about it! Please note, any problems with the receipt of your package must be called in to us within 30 days of the delivery date! If you suspect the bottle is bad, please just put the cork back in the wine leaving the contents of the wine in the bottle. We can't take back any empty bottles. We do not guarantee any vintages so if you are vintage specific on your order please email us to make sure that is what we have in stock. If you find any errors on your order please email us at [email protected] or call us at 800-559-2282. We will arrange to have the package picked up and returned to us right away for inspection. Once the package is returned to us, we will inspect the contents and then send out a replacement package to you. For this reason, it is vital that you let us know of any error immediately to make sure your replacement package is sent out as quickly as possible. If you wish to return your order for any other reason you may do so. Please, re-pack the order and send it to “, ATTN: Returns, 6988 SW 47th Street, Miami, FL 33155”. Please include a copy of the sales receipt with the package. Please note: All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.  

RESHIPPING ORDERS:  Please Remember! We suggest shipping to a business address to make sure someone is available to sign for the package. FedEx will make up to three attempts to deliver your order. A door tag with all pertinent information will be left after each failed delivery attempt and FedEx will usually hold the package for an additional week before returning it to us. If you can't be home to sign for the package you can always arrange pickup from a FedEx facility in your area.

If an order is refused, or returned after three delivery attempts, the purchaser will be responsible for the fees associated with the return shipping. This will be deducted from the refunded amount for the order. In addition, there is a 10% restocking fee. If an order is returned and the purchaser would like it reshipped, the purchaser will be responsible for the return shipping fees, as well as the fees associated with reshipping.

PLEASE NOTE: If the package has been returned to us, we will try to contact you for 30 days.  After that time period, the package will be re-shelved and won't be refunded. 


Legal Notice

Title to, and ownership of, all wine and liquor passes from Think Liquor to the purchaser and the purchaser takes all responsibility for the shipping it from Florida to his/her home state. By arranging for transportation of the wine via common carrier, Think Liquor is providing a service to, and acting on behalf of the purchaser. You will be billed for this service. By utilizing this service from Think Liquor, the purchaser is representing that he/she is acting in a fashion compliant with his/her local and state laws regarding the purchase, transportation, and delivery of wine. The purchaser represents that he/she has obtained any required permission, paid any required fees, is working through properly licensed intermediaries where required, is legally entitled to take possession of wine and is legally entitled to take quantities ordered and once again authorizes that he/she is 21 years of age. complies with all state and local laws. We act as your agent in purchasing and securing delivery of your order in accordance with applicable law. Void where prohibited. Minors are forbidden by law to receive or send liquor, beer or wine.  Someone 21 years of age or older must be present to sign for the delivery.
