Product Description

Knob Creek Limited Edition Batch #5 is a fine example of how proper aging should be done. Be entertained with its robust charred oak and vanilla spice. A dry but delicious drink, you will love its deep complex notes of oak and tobacco, with a dry tannic finish. Enjoy its creamy well-textured mouthfeel that goes down smooth.

Knob Creek Limited Edition Batch #5 comes in a clear old-fashioned bottle that reflects its pre-Prohibition heritage. Its deep amber color is a result of long aging. The bottle is sealed with wax, so the amazing flavors will be enjoyed by you.

Knob Creek Limited Edition Batch #5 has some good history and sentimentality. It is among the last cache of whiskey barreled by the master distiller Booker Noe before his death. Almost forgotten, it spent almost 15 years aging. Due to its masterful manufacturing from the man that introduced ‘small batch’ to the whiskey world, the resulting drink came out with a perfect balance of flavor and body.

  • Among the last whiskeys bottled by the late Brooker Noe
  • Extra aged bourbon, predominantly dry but smooth
  • Great drink during meals. Pair it with red meats and strong sharp cheeses.
